1.3 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the moment of publication on the website.

2. **Product Information**

2.1 We do our best to describe and depict the products as accurately as possible. However, colors and images may differ from reality due to differences in screen display.

2.2 DIY lashes are intended for home use. We recommend using the products carefully and following instructions. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the products.

3. **Prices and Payment**

3.1 All prices on the webshop include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods indicated on the website.

3.3 We reserve the right to change prices and information on the Website at any time. For a placed order, the price stated on the website at the time of ordering applies.

4. **Orders and Deliveries**

4.1 After you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirmation means that we have received your order, but not that we have accepted the order.

4.2 We aim to ship products within 3 working days. However, shipping times may vary depending on product availability.

4.3 If a product is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss an estimated delivery time or offer an alternative product.

4.4 Velvet Lashes is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. **Right of Withdrawal and Returns**

5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This does not apply to products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal is broken.

5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact us via info@velvetlashes.com. After registering your return, you must return the product within 14 days.

5.3 The costs for return shipping are for your own account, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5.4 Once we have received the product in good condition, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days.

6. **Warranty and Complaints**

6.1 We guarantee that our products meet the reasonable expectations and quality requirements for normal use.6.2 If you have a complaint about a product, please contact us within 14 days via info@velvetlashes.com. We will review the complaint and send a replacement product or provide a refund if necessary.

7. **Liability**

7.1 Velvet Lashes is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the products supplied by us, unless there is intent or gross negligence.

7.2 In the event of a defective product, our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.

9. **Governing Law**

9.1 All agreements and transactions are governed by Dutch law.

9.2 Disputes will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Almere.
